I thought I've learned a LOT about myself but it was NOT.
There's more and even it's quite a lot.
I’ve been fixating on fixing my Avoidant disorder thing.
When I'm under pressure and stress,
I easily flip out and give it up quickly.
I do have an Avoidant disorder problem
which has been torturing me.
However, watching a program made me see that
it’s more of a self-conscious thing.
Human beings are social animals
and we're surrounded by a bunch of people.
It's nice to have consciousness of them to objectify yourself.
But if it's too much, you'll find yourself making yourself to fit
in their opinions and how they see you.
I really gotta have self-confidence.
I don't worry about what to pick for my lunch menu,
but I do worry a lot when picking a job thing or
making risky decisions.
Get rid of Avoidant disorder,
Break the Self-consciousness and
Have Self-confidence.
That's what you need to work you 'AS*' off.
